ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred

Hi Experts,

I am getting ORA-12170 while connecting to remote database.

Please help

SQL> Disconnected from Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning and Automatic Storage Management options
