ORA-12157 TNS internal network communication error

Hi,

I am using Oracle 10.2.0.4 version on Linux.

Application user are able to connect to database and execute transactions but some times suddenly user will get 'ORA-12157 TNS internal network communication error'.

Some time is error will come and some times they will not get.

Let me know where I can find more information related to this and how to resolve this.
