I have installed Oracle 11g server in Windows 2008 and also installed DB client 64 & client 32 in the same server.
When I try to Test the Oracle DB connection using UDL file, I am getting below error message. Please could you help me to resolve this issue.

Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider.

SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

I have logged in to SQL plus using sysdba and tried to connect to the schema. It is not connecting and throwing below error.
"ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified"
I checked the TNSNAMES.ora file. Everything looks fine.
