ora 12154 tns could not resolve the connect identifier

Hi,

Database 10.1.0.2 on linux redhat 4.
Database 10.2.0.1 on windows xp sp2 .

I have created a two test databases on linux and windows.
I am getting problem in connecting the linux databse remotely to other database.
Windows based database is connecting to linux one but database on linux is not connecting to windows database.

TNSPING is working in it properly and connectind to windows and i have also done entries in tnsnames.

Please tell the solution .
