"ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name" Error occure for toad

Hi,

i am using oracle 10g database. windows7(32-bit) operating system. oracle client is 8.0.1.0.
Earlier i have use toad 7 version that time i dont have any problem.
But recently i upgrade my toad version to 10.6.1.3

When i tried to connect through new version it giving "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name" Error.
Even though i can able to connect to sql*plus and forms 6i & Reports also.

Can any body help to solve this issue.....
