ORA-12154

Hi,

oracle 10.2.0.5
RHEL4

we are facing below error while creating db link (on same database) b/n two diffrent schemas.

create database link "db_Test1" connect to test1 identified by "password" using service1;

Error :
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

please suggest.
