ORA-12083: must use DROP MATERIALIZED VIEW to drop

Hi All,

oracle 10gR2
Solaris 10

am facing below issue...am unable to drop below user due to MV...please let me know how to drop user and MV....
sql>drop user DW_USR cascade;
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12083: must use DROP MATERIALIZED VIEW to drop
"DW_USR"."Dept_account_MV_M"
