ORA-12012:,ORA-06502:,ORA-06512

Hi Gurus,

I am having oracle 11g on Windows platform . I am always getting the following error in production database alert log file.

Can Anyone tell me what's the reason for this , What should i do to resolve the error and one more thing is this error is critical or is it avoidable?

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 11689
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
ORA-06512: at "DBSNMP.BSLN_INTERNAL", line 2073
ORA-06512: at line 1
