ORA-1033,ORA-00020 : ERRORS WHILE STARTING UP OF DATABASE
hi... i am on oracle 11G(11.1.0.7.0) database and here is the snapshot from the alert.log.
it seems 2-3 processes had problem while starting up.. but later on they started... i checked that in the alert file.

This doesn come very often , but once in a blue moon... so is there any reason behind it ? because it seems an error while starting up only ?
