ora-09925: Unable to create audit trail file

Hi,

When im trying to connect my instance database as
sqlplus "/as sysdba"
it showing the following error,
ORA-09925: Unable to create audit trail file
Linux Error: 13: Permission denied
Additional information: 9925
It is a fresh OS just now installed
OS: Linux 4.0
Database:10.2.0.2.0
EBS: 12.0.0

I added the both tier user name into the location /etc/group. Also gave suitable permission to all the folders. But still facing the problem..
