ORA-08104: this index object 63556 online is being built or rebuilt

Creating an index with the online clause hill the session, the index is corrupt and try to erase or make rebuild makes the following error:

ORA-08104: this index object 63556 online is being built or rebuilt

Does anyone know can be done to solve the problem?
