ORA-07445 [KGHSTACK_OVERFLOW_INTERNAL+644]

6fc7d651-cdb7-4a09-b450-e0afc6753b3eApr 28 2017 — edited May 1 2017

Bug 20675347: ORA-07445 [KGHSTACK_OVERFLOW_INTERNAL+644]

This problem was originally reported on the AIX platform, the main reason from the AIX compiler:

The bug is caused by an AIX compiler issue causing volatile variables in the Oracle kernel not to be handled properly.

Refer to MOS: 2003278.1, patch 20675347 to fix this problem.

Question: Do we need to apply this fix (20675347) before upgrading to 12C or we can upgrade directly 11.2.0.4.0 to 12.1.0.2 ?

means would like to know whether this bug fixed in 12c bundle or not?
