oracle rac 12.1.0.2 when begin rman backup

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [malloc_consolidate()+245] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x366AA76205] [SI_KERNEL(general_protection)] []

Incident details in: /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/t**/***/incident/incdir_558021/TOS2_ora_4041_i558021.trc

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

db so slowly not work and rman failed
