ORA-07445 Error

Hi,

I am getting the following error just after creation of DB
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [unable_to_trans_pc] [PC:0x7C910CAE] [ADDR:0x6E656761] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

I am getting this error in all he Machines we have ,I even tried diffrent Windows OS all showing the same error.

Is this a proble in my oracle 10g installation cd .

My DB Software version is Oracle 10g R2 with Patchset 10.2.0.4
OS is Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server EE
Harware is Lenovo Thinkcenter with Pentium Dual Core 2.7 Gz with 4GB RAM
