ORA-07445 ; Access violation: Unable to read

Hi,

I have an oracle 10g DB running in windows. While i try to run an sql from a remote destination, i get the following error in sqllplus prompt.

ORA-02067: transaction or savepoint rollback required

My alert log for DB show the following error:

Errors in file d:\oracle\oracle10g\rdbms\log\lookout\udump\lookout_ora_4440.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [_subsr1+87] [PC:0x203F69F] [ADDR:0x1C] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

I have restarted the DB and OS thinking that there is some memory corruption; Still the issues remains....
