ORA-06540 ORA-06553 PLS-00123

Hi:

I'm having a problem with Oracle 9.0.1, I'm doing an export/import in my production database however I'm getting the errors 6540, 6553 an PLS-00123, it is sending the message that the program is too large, but it is not true, I did de import/export with the same parameters in another server (with the same characteristics) and It finished succesfully. I'm concerned about this, because I haven4t find a bug or a fix for this in the newest release. Anybody knows something about this error? I will appreciatte your help on this.
