ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY" on 11gR2

Hi, folks!

We've upgraded from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 and now we get the troubles with getting AWR-report and ASH-report via sqlplus or OEM:

AWR's trouble:
ERROR:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY", line 919
ORA-06512: at line 1

ASH's trouble:
ERROR:
