ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 2563

Dear Team,
When i am monitoring my log file I am getting this below error often.Please suggest me how can i solve this issue.

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 224
ORA-04063: package body "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT_UTL" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT_UTL"
