ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_IDX"

Hi All,

When our GIS developer try to add a geo feature in table called "region" using geomedia 5.2 he gets following error stack:

Could not insert a record in the database
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: [reading node (mdrbin_mem_ins_rt)]
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_IDX", line 184
ORA-06512: at line 1

I am stuck and me not expert to geo databases, please help me to get rid of here. I am using Oracle 10g version 10.1.0.20
