ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too smal

Got the error : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

This error only appears on one user. Other users donot have this error. I donot think it is due to string size being smaller.

Any suggestions?
