ora-06502 from owa_util.get_cgi_env function

Hi dear friends ,
unfortunately, i get ora-06502 error from owa_util.get_cgi_env function's row, where "for i in 1..owa.num_cgi_vars" is stated code line.
Could u help me to solve this problem ? (we r on Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0) , thanks ...
