ORA-06413 Connection not open

hi everyone..

i am using oracle 10g xe and through netbeans 6.5 i am running a project using jsp on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit machine. When i run the project html pages are opening but the pages containing database connectivity are showing the error "java.sql.SQLException: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-06413: Connection not open.". In the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe the oracle drivers are displaying but the datasources(odbc) in administrative tools of control panel doesnot displaying any of the drivers except ms sql driver. i am executing the same project with same softwares on my desktop which is windows 7 ultimate 32-bit os. So please give me a solution. Thanks in advance.
