ORA-04098 - sys.xdb_pi_trig is invalid and failed revalidation

Hello,

when I try to drop an object, table for example, I receive the error
ORA-04098 - sys.xdb_pi_trig is invalid and failed revalidation.

When I went to the Trigger I saw that the function sys.is_vpd_enabled is invalid and compiled with errors.

What could be the reason for that?

DB: Oracle 11g Release 2 32-bit
Platform: CentOS 5.4 32-bit
