ORA-04063 on Raster Table Oracle 11g

Hello,

We recently upgraded our Oracle spatial database from Oracle 10.2.0.3 to 11.1.0.6. Everything works well except for it appears our raster data tables have been moved to an invalid state. What is weird is that I've never seen a table going invalid or throwing a ORA-04063 (didn't know it was possible). I've manually validated the spatial components using the Oracle validation scripts, but am at a loss for what is going on.

What makes it even weirder, is that when we view the data - our viewer can read the existing raster information fine. Any information or tips would be appreciated, not finding much on MetaLink or anywhere else.
