Oracle Forms

How are u.

from yesterday i am sufring from very strange behaviar of oracle and I tried hard to find but cant, so i decide to share it with oracle masters so you guys help me...

I try to explain and even i dont know it is the problem of oracle forms or oracle database.....

I have a form on which a button pressed trigger that is performing some inserts statements and some sequence etc....

problem is that when this form is connect to a user buexam it gioves error FRM....unhandeled exception ora-04038.
and when i made a DMP file of buexam and made a new user test and import the same data in test, the form is running successfully and the button press trigger is inserting also....

I drop the user buexam and with the help of DMP file again create user buexam and import data in it, but the problem is same,
But it is running in the user test....

Hope u understand my problem and guides me .
