ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4080 bytes of shared memory

Hi All,

I am getting following error when i am connecting to database.Plz tell me how to overcome the error?

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4080 bytes of shared memory ("shared
pool","unknown object","sga heap(3,0)","library cache")
