ORA-04031: unable to allocate 27992 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool",

Hi Experts,

I am trying to do the archivelog backup but getting..sharedpool releam error...!

I have flushed the Shared pool 2 to 3 times..Again i tried to backup..But getting the Same Error.


Please help me i cant shutdown and increase the Shared_Pool size now..It's a Critical Production Database.
