ORA-04031 in W-N-F-I trigger

Hi, We're migrating from 11g to 12c .
New database also, now it's a 19c
We're testing the forms in the new weblogic 12c, and I'm getting an ORA-04031 in when new forms instance trigger of my initial form.
It seems some kind of leak of memory in the database shared pool ... any hint on troubleshooting this?
Do you know if there are some special requirements of oracle forms 12 that make us have to increase memory in the shared pool?
