“ORA-04030: out of process memory” -one of plsql was holding 32 GB of PGA memory

hi everyone,

we got suddenly an “ORA-04030: out of process memory” error and spike in PGA used

and issues was reported like PGA memory used up to 32 GB one of plsql API and mentioned some values like session-id =123 and serial#=2345..

we are using DB-19.16 version and RAC database cluster. I am not able to deep dive & find out the solution or route cause for the same ..below are the pga parameters

Please help me on the above how to proceed further ?
