ORA-04030: out of process memory Error ?

Recently i increaresed ram size of my os from 4 gb to 10gb.my os is a 32 bit process so i added AWE_WINDOW memeory in registery to increase my sga from 2gb to 6b and i increased my pga from 300mb to 500 mb .my process limit is 150. now i am getting ORA-04030: out of process memory Error ?. After restarting the database works fine .what is the reason behind this ERROR?
