ORA-03232

I have a problem when running my Oracle procedure in 9i on Solaris.

It throws an error stating as
ora-03232 unable to allocate 127 blocks for tablespace 3.

The tablespace is locally managed. So i need suggestions as of what can be done about this problem and rectified asap.

I am expecting replies asap.
