We have recently upgraded our application from Oracle 10 to Oracle 12.2. In one of the functionality, we are getting the below error,

In the Oracle Community, The following resolution is mentioned, But the below patch is for Oracle 12.1 database. Can I apply this patch on Oracle 12.2 DB?
To resolve the issue, download and apply the WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.2.170418 Patch 25632533 or latest on Oracle client 12.1.0.2.
