ORA-03135. I was never be able to connect. I had set sqlnet.ora...

Gurus:

I search around and found a bunch of posts about this error. However, after I set SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME =10 in sqlnet.ora on both server and client sides, it still don't want to go away :-)

I am able to tnsping the DB instance and can login to it from DB server (via sqlplus). I just cannot login to it from any other machines (my laptop Windows 7, or my desktop OEL 5.5).

Any help is highly appreciated!
