ORA-03135: even after adding sqlnet.expire_time = 10 in sqlnet.ora file

Hi

i am facing this error of ORA-03135
I have also modified my sqlnet.ora with the following entry sqlnet.expire_time = 10,
I am working on a remote oracle server, i get this error whenever i compile large Stored Procedure files

Kindly help me to resolve the issue
