ORA-03134: Connections to this server version are no longer supported

Hi guys!

I'm trying to create database link from DB server version 12.1.0.2 to db server 9.2.0.7 and when i do db link test, i get error ORA-03134: Connections to this server version are no longer supported.

I have tried to edit sqlnet.ora on both servers with SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER=8 but still no joy.

Any ideas?
