ORA-03114: Not Connected To Oracle While Importing 10 Data in 11g R2 AIX O/S

Hi Exports,

We have Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production on Windows O/S. Now we are trying To Import the Data into 11g R2 on AIX O/S. We are importing Full database using IMPDP. Import Completed Success fully but when we are trying to recompile the Packages in the Schema then we are getting ORA-03114: Not Connected to Oracle and ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel error. Please suggest how to solve the issue.
