ORA-03113 end-of-file on communication channel

Hi guys,
I have a big problem with my Oracle DB
I tried to install the 8.1.7.4 patches into an 8.1.7.1 environment. After the installation, when I try to reboot my DB, the service work but the DB don't start. when it passed from mpount to open state this error appear: ORA-0313 end-of-communication channel.
I watched into the log but there are not particular information about error or warning.

My db work on w2k srv and the problem started after create intermedia text index on portal 3.0.9.8.5

Please someone can help me to solve my big problem.
