ORA-03106: FATAL TWO-TASK COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL ERROR

hi am having this error when i compile my procedure in my form builder 11R2 my database is

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

CORE 11.2.0.1.0 Production

TNS for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

the error is ORA-03106: FATAL TWO-TASK COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL ERROR

i have query in my procudure which got dblink but i can run the query in my sqlplus
