Ora-02291 integrity constraint violated - parent key not found

Assalamoalikum,

I am using Oracle Apex (18.1) with ords (18.2), I am getting ora-02291 when i am creating record. I have two tables "requisition_header", and "requisition_detail" there screenshot find below respectively

I am creating "Two Page Master Detail" Form find their detail below respectively

the error i am getting is

how can i resolve it?
