ORA-02270, during import

Hi All,

DB - 10.2.0.3.0

I am tring to perform a user level export, but come across of following erros. I havce crosscheked the tablespace
on both source and target, both appears to be same. Curious, if it is because of matching keys(rows) not found in target tables. Please help me to troubleshoot the issue
