ORA-02236 oracle 9.2.0.5

Hello gurus,

I got this error "ORA-02236: invalid file name" when executed
ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE THREAD 1 GROUP 30 ('/racserver/oradata20/stby_redolog1/logstby30a.log','/racserver/oradata40/stby_redolog1/logstby30b.log','/racserver/oradata26/stby_redolog1/logstby30c.log') SIZE 100M;

What should i do to fix this problem ?
Folder stby_redolog1 had being added. I use oracle 9.2.0.5.
