ORA-02063: preceding line from HSLINK

When i try to connect to ms sql from oracle (in solaries 11.1.0.7) i get the error connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message: preceding line from HSLINK

SQL> SELECT * FROM Banks@hslink;
SELECT * FROM Banks@hslink
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
ORA-02063: preceding line from HSLINK

TNSPING and lsnrctl status are okay
