Hi Team,

We have a db 11.1.0.7 on HPUX parisc 64.

And we have this error:

ORA-01875: time zone minute must be between -59 and 59

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS", line 5682

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM", line 314

ORA-06512: at line 7
