Hi All,
I have copied database rman backup to a different server. I have restored the controlfile and mounted the new database. After cataloging the rman backup pieces I am getting following error:
RMAN> list backup;
using target database control file instead of recovery catalog
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of list command at 05/24/2016 10:18:48
ORA-01861: literal does not match format string
I have looked up several posts on this forum and also the metalink document but couldn't solve the problem.
