ORA-01775: looping chain of synonyms

I have Oracle 10g installed on Windows. There are 40 users in the database. How do I detect any users create looping chain
of synonyms? If I log in users' account one by one to check if any user has PUBLIC/PRIVATE looping chain of synonyms that
will be time consuming.
