ORA-01741: illegal zero-length identifier in alert log file

Hi All,

DB - 11.2.0.3.7

Redhat 6.4

Recently i installed 11.2.0.3  created database and applied 7 psu to it.It was successfull.

But after that my alert log file is full of these errors

ORA-01741: illegal zero-length identifier

I checked the sid  ' 40' it exists with no username and serial#.

I bounced the database but error continues.Normal database operations are up without any problems.

Is that i have hit a bug after applying 7 psu. In metalink i found in this note but not sure  Doc ID 1573704.

There is nothing in alert file apart from this error.
