ORA-01720: grant option does not exist -EE

Hi Gurus,

Getting below error when trying to create Oracle View in EE 19.4 but not in SE2.

The view gets created without grant option in SE2 but not in EE. Any idea , why would view creation in SE2 is not failing with same error?
