ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment....

Hi,

Can anyone help me for this error ?
ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment XXX by 8192 in tablespace DATA0001

then i deleted 40000 records on 340000 in the principal table but i still can't inject new document into this table. Why ?
The tablespace seems to remain the same size before and after the deletion...
Have i restart the database or do something to refresh the tablespace?
