ora-01691 tablespace error

Hi when taking export of full database im getting error

"ora-01691 unable to extend lob segment sys.sys_lob0092453352 by 128 in tablespace system"

please help how to resolve this

SELECT * FROM dba_tablespace_usage_metrics order by used_percent desc;

When i checked with the above query. it shows 99.14 % used...

pls help
