ORA-01654 unable to extend index

Hey experts..

getting follwoing error in log file while loading data using sqlldr

ORA-01654: unable to extend index USER12.RISK_IN_XLSE0 by 128 in tablespace USERS

there r 1.4 millon records in the .dat file

what should be done to overcome this ?
